From Rust to Gold
We are a God-inspired, Jesus-directed, Holy Spirit-guided, covenant-keeping union that is a ministry of change, in the community and the marketplace.

Who We are
We are not just a husband and wife team that sell faith-based hoodies and tees! We are geared towards community growth and development, we are subject matter experts that tackle our community's challenges, such as effects of incarceration in the community, existing in a world of active recovery, peer support, and the repairing of the broken family.
Speaking on panels and pulpits, we offer services to churches, communities and organizations to promote wellness. We also offer resources to link persons to treatment facilities, faith-based organizations and community development organizations.

Speaking Engagements
Our story is one of pain, perserverance, growth, development, and faith. We have the scars to prove it...along with the marks of healing.

"The Other Side Of The Fence"
Teresa, affectionately known as "Tee" is a champion of women. A teenaged mother who raised a child while the father was incarcerated. Growing up trying to have a childhood while watching a child grow led to mistakes, failed relationships, trials, tribulation, and redemption. The healing journey is continuous, as she mentors women daily about the affairs of this life, and how to overcome. She is currently a Surgery Support Assistant/CMA in the Cardiovascular Surgery department at one of the largest medical organizations on the East coast. She has a Associates Degree from Miller-Motte, a business owner times two, a worship leader at Deeper Life Ministries in Salisbury, Maryland, and a wife and mother. Most importantly, she is a testament of courage, strength, and never letting her darkest moments define her.

"I am Redemption!"
Donielle is the living embodiment of "refined by affliction." Spending almost two decades incarcerated, Donielle champions the undesireables, those left for graves, and the people who know it is more to life than this. A generational chain-breaker, he has continued his development via education, peer recovery, mentoring, and community advocacy. He works for the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, being one of the first formerly incarcerated inmates to do so. He also co-owns two businesses with his wife, Teresa. He obtained his Bacherlor's degree from UMES. He also teaches financial educational literacy, resume/cover letter writing, and how to prepare for interviews in his spare time. As well as a published author, he is a fighter for justice, and a believer that God can do all things, as he is the example.

We are proof positive!"
Together, Teresa and Donielle have built a platform to advocate for those who have felt the pangs of incarceration. Years, tears, and travail plagued them both, yet they never gave up on life. The separation and reconnection wasn't easy, but God saw fit to reunite them, and in turn, they now celebrate 12 years of marriage, after 18 years of near misses, non-communication, and life continuing to "life."
They have built a platform that offers mentorship, women empowerment, peer recovery, financial literacy, advocacy for returning citizens, healing broken families from incarceration, and forums that address restorative justice.
